I think this is Tara Reid’s first official upskirt moment. Well, kinda. She’s wearing a dress, but since there’s no term for this and “updress” doesn’t really flow, we’ll stick to upskirt for now. Anyway, here she is in London doing what Tara does best: getting drunk and being a party ho.
