Hilary Duff is the latest celebrity to jump on the perfume bandwagon. Here she is in Australia at the launch of “Wrapped With Love.” I don’tknow who actually buys this crap but if I were to endorse a celebrity perfume, it would be Hilary’s. I mean, between Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, Hilary’s scent has got to be the only one that’s guaranteed STD free.
