Check out Hilary Duff pushing up her little boobies at a press conference in Brazil to help promote her upcoming “Dignity” tour. I don’t know what kind of magical bra Hilary is wearing to give her so much cleavage because I don’t see any straps, but is it possible that in the last two years Hilary went from completely non-existent boobs to a nice handful? If so, just imagine how they’ll look two years from now! I can’t wait!
